Introduction: These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as 'Ts&Cs') govern the Strategic Parenting Promotion (hereinafter referred to as 'Promotion') executed by WCC d.o.o., located at Cankarjeva cesta 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, info@strategicparenting.com (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').
Promotion Description: The Promotion allows participants to earn points for each referred friend who successfully signs up. These points accumulate to unlock rewards at different milestones, with each milestone offering increasingly valuable rewards and requiring more points to unlock.
Promotion Duration: The Promotion does not have a defined end date. It concludes when the Promotion website displays 'Campaign Closed'. The Company reserves the right to cease the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Reward Tiers: Tier incentives can be unlocked by reaching the required point level for the respective tier. Every participant is collecting points and unlocking incentives individually. Points can be earned via sharing the campaign with the share buttons and when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
Participant Conduct: The participant agrees to conform to any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Ts&Cs, as well as to all decisions the Company makes to ensure the smooth running of the Promotion.
Amendments to the Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Ts&Cs at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
Promotion Eligibility: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being 18 years of age or older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
Prize Descriptions: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes. Actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and is not transferable or exchangeable for money.
Additional Costs and Taxes: No additional communication costs will be charged for participation and no payment or purchase is required. If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
Exclusion of Participants: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without giving any reason, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Ts&Cs are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
Modification of the Promotion: The Company reserves the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt, or modify the Promotion and/or prizes and rewards at its discretion and without prior notice.
Complaints and Queries: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Ts&Cs should be sent to info@strategicparenting.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
Violation and Fraud: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company reserves the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
Data Accuracy: Participants affirm that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company may provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
Rules of Conduct for Prize Recipients: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to adhere to any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
Void Provisions: If any provision in these Ts&Cs is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
